Case Study: On-site Repair — Rotating Component in a Power Generating Plant
Bearing self destructs and welds itself to journal. A power generation facility with an extremely large rotating device had this incident. The piece was to big to move without major disruption. Brodeur personnel built special fixturing and a drive system to facilitate a repair on-site and in-place.  back
