Brodeur Machine manufactures a wide range of complex parts for industry. Generally our involvement is with small quantities as opposed to high volume. Parts can be to your specifications or our design. We work in ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as many plastics.

Mechanical repair/upgrading represents a significant portion of our business. This also can be the repair of a simple piece to the complete rebuilding of an entire machine. Brodeur has extensive experience in on-site machining and maintains a significant inventory of machinery and tools specifically directed to power plant problems/solutions.

On-site Mechanical Repair
Bearing self destructs and welds itself to journal. A power generation facility with an extremely large rotating device had this incident. The piece was to big to move without major disruption. Brodeur personnel built special fixturing and a drive system to facilitate a repair on-site and in-place.
