Zapp USA is a high quality supplier of thin strip, sheet and foil. Zapp's customers, many of which are high technology companies, have exceptional standards for flatness in order to meet subsequent processing needs. To achieve these requirements, Zapp selected Brodeur's Stretch Bend Tension Leveler (SBTL) to meet critical flatness and finish specifications. Brodeur's leveler has performed with great reliability, processing materials from .002" to .020 in thickness, up to 42" wide, at speeds of 400 feet per minute. Brodeur was also instrumental in installing much of Zapp's initial equipment, and Brodeur still performs essentially all of Zapp's important maintenance today. back
